Meet the Sisters

We're twin sisters, licensed psychotherapists with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals and families on their healing journeys. As co-founders of Inner Essence Therapy LLC, we blend clinical expertise and genuine compassion, connection, and little twin synergy to create a space where growth feels both supported and empowering. We're deeply rooted in our community and truly delighted to serve, support, and make a meaningful impact-one conversation, one breakthrough, and one life at a time.

Our Shared Foundation

Our twin bond gives us a unique synergy in therapy. We blend empathy with insight, creating a balanced approach that honors both emotional and relational healing. While we see our own clients, we often consult with each other to bring the best of both our experiences into the therapy room.

“We believe in the power of connection and resilience. Healing begins when you feel truly heard and understood.”
